❤️ A Little Breakfast, A Lot of Heart
This morning, I had the opportunity to bring breakfast for our L10 meeting, and I wanted it to be more than just something to eat—I wanted it to feel like a small gesture of appreciation. ❤️
I put together some French toast, fresh strawberries, blueberries and grapes, along with all the little extras to make the morning feel special.
Leadership can be busy. There are always meetings, decisions, problems to solve and a million things happening at once. But I truly believe that sometimes it’s the little things that matter most—taking a moment to care for the people you work alongside, sharing a meal, laughing together and starting the day with a little extra positivity.
I’m grateful for the team I get to work with at The Glenn Minnetonka and for the opportunity to lead alongside people who show up every day for our residents, families and one another.
Sometimes breakfast is just breakfast…
and sometimes it’s a simple way of saying:
“I appreciate you. I’m grateful for you. And I’m glad we’re in this together.” ❤️
