Towers residents enjoyed Unidine's Wine & Dine last week with an enticing meal of Strawberry Salad on Spring Greens w/Amablu Blue Cheese from the Caves in Fairbault; Herb-Crusted Beef Teres w/Garlic Shrimp, Fingerling Potatoes & Green Top Mini Carrots; and a beautiful Maelo Plated Bananas Foster Mousse in a Chocolate Shell. Fancy!

Amy Taylor-Greengard, from Ascend Rehabilitation, was our speaker at a recent Lunch & Learn Event. Guests attending included those from our waitlist and new persons interested in The Glenn Hopkins Community.
Ascend Rehabilitation therapy is The Glenn Hopkins on site partner in providing outpatient Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy. Amy is a Geriatric Certified Specialist in Physical Therapy and provided great interactive education centered on movement as we age.
Thanks to Chef Josh and Dining Room Front of House Supervisor, Diamond, for creating a gorgeous spread for lunch!
