It was a fun Halloween at the The Glenn AL! We had hillbillies, a banjo player, pretty pirates, witches and even a haunted house! Lots of pizza and a beautiful Halloween cake all made for a spooktacular good time!

The Glenn Assisted Living attended a taping of The Jason Show! We enjoyed being part of the live studio audience, with each attendee receiving a complimentary Jason mug! Thank you Jason and Fox 9!

It was a day of nothing but Halloween! We had a monster workout, a visit from a ghoul, we captured ghosts and made spooky ghost necklaces! We had a hot apple bar and watched “I know What You Did Last Summer”. Boo!

The Glenn is celebrating Super Hero Day, during which we expanded our understanding of superhero comics through a YouTube documentary and participated in a superhero volleyball game.

The activity directors attended the MnSwap conference to enhance their knowledge of activities. Furthermore, Amber is instructing others on how to play the Hungry Hippo game at a station.

It was “Tacky” day at the Glenn Assisted Living! We dressed in tacky, mismatched clothes. Then we played tacky games! Hot Dog vs Chicken (chicken won)and Granny Pants ball toss! Hilarious afternoon!

The trunk or treat event at the Memory Care facility just got a whole lot spookier - our bus is getting a ghostly makeover.

The Glenn community came together to celebrate Oktoberfest! George Jundt's accordion playing set the tone, while we indulged in warm pretzels with hot beer cheese and sampled German root beers from tiny beer steins! German music filled the air all day, and Lynn's dance performance was a highlight! What a wonderful way to wrap up the week!
