Amenities & Activities
The Glenn Buffalo Assisted Living community provides a wide variety of life-enrichment components including outings to Buffalo Lake, Music in The Park, luncheons, community events, and shopping – in addition to a wide range of activities and social events hosted onsite.
The Glenn Buffalo Memory Care community provides resident-specific life-enrichment activities, as well as group activities, designed to promote familiarity and recognition of surroundings.

At Assisted Living, our day ended with a visit from the Grinch himself! He handed out presents to all our grinchy residents! Everyone was delighted by his grumpy presence! (And his presents!)

Happy New Year! Our Assisted Living residents rang in the New Years with a “Noon-Years-Eve-Party” and a hilarious Christmas game! Chips and dips, sparkling juice, hats, horns, and a fun game, we had it all! Happy New Years Everyone!

Our residents spent the morning enjoying The Festival of Trees at the Historical Society. So many trees! Just beautiful!

Our Assisted Living residents experienced a joyful day filled with music and friendly fun, taking home three prize bags each from our Reindeer Games ( white elephant) and delighting in an old-fashioned Christmas sing-along with Dianne!

The staff participated in adopt a senior this year and today they opened there gifts from the staff.

We had music from No Strings Attached group this afternoon. Also, Cottage 2 had there adopt a resident gift giving. This is where the staff picked a residents name and gave them a present 🎁 for Christmas.

Today our Assisted Living facility had their Christmas party! Along with a Division Street Duo sing-along we also had a visit from Santa who brought everyone a gift! We enjoyed our 2nd annual Christmas Dessert bar as well!

We had a crazy, busy day! We built snowmen, made Christmas necklaces, had St. John’s Noah’s Ark preschool come and sing for us! So incredibly cute! We had a Christmas cookie and cocoa social and we even had Christmas Caroler’s come. So much fun! They were great. Beautiful voices. Thank you Noah’s Ark and Carolers for coming and making our Christmas special!
