The Glenn Buffalo Assisted Living community provides a wide variety of life-enrichment components including outings to Buffalo Lake, Music in The Park, luncheons, community events, and shopping – in addition to a wide range of activities and social events hosted onsite.
The Glenn Buffalo Memory Care community provides resident-specific life-enrichment activities, as well as group activities, designed to promote familiarity and recognition of surroundings.

The three buildings collaborated on a project to create mats for the homeless by folding, cutting, and assembling plastic bags, requiring 500 bags per mat; we commend all participants and bag donors for their efforts.

Colleen's musical performance this morning was greatly appreciated. Additionally, our casino day event saw multiple winners of 100 grand. Rootbeer floats were served to wrap up the day.

Although Elvis's birthday may have been earlier in January, we decided to celebrate it with the PRIDE school kids playing Elvis bingo and offered chocolate shake it baby shakes, which turned out to be a lot of fun.

Casino came to the cottages. We played blackjack, bingo, human slot machine, and high- low games. 100 grand candy bar was the prize.

It was as a great day for a hot soup bar! Our residents enjoyed homemade sausage potato soup and chicken noodle soup along with hot oven baked bread! Yum!

Thank you Craig for his exquisite piano rendition and sing-along of The Wizard of Oz, providing commentary on the movie while playing the music, which sparked a desire to rewatch the classic film.

It’s National Green Juice Day! We celebrated by making our own juice! Residents we able to select from a variety of fruits and veggies to create their own juice concoction! They even ran their selection through the juicer to get the full juicing experience! Super healthy and fun! 🍏🥕🥒🍍🫐

The kitchen is filled with a wonderful aroma, specifically the scent of chocolate chip cookies. We've baked some and paired them with milk, creating a delightful combination.

Sukera sushi and steak of Buffalo provided outstanding food quality, and our take-out order was superb.

Our residents enjoyed indoor s’mores and hot cocoa! They also enjoyed playing the new game “Quick! Quick! Quick!”. A very fun end to a cold winter day.

After engaging in a game of balloon volleyball and building a snowman, we are warming up with hot chocolate and cookies, and participating in stimulating conversations regarding our snow adventures.

In celebration of National Hot Tea Day, our Assisted Living commenced the day with a delightful hot tea bar featuring an assortment of teas including black tea, peach tea, lemon tea, and Constant Comment tea, accompanied by fresh lemons, cream, and honey, as well as tea cookies. A lovely way to start the day. ☕️ ❤️
