Amenities & Activities
The Glenn Buffalo Assisted Living community provides a wide variety of life-enrichment components including outings to Buffalo Lake, Music in The Park, luncheons, community events, and shopping – in addition to a wide range of activities and social events hosted onsite.
The Glenn Buffalo Memory Care community provides resident-specific life-enrichment activities, as well as group activities, designed to promote familiarity and recognition of surroundings.

Every month through September The Glenn Buffalo will be fundraising to raise money for the Alzheimer's Association Minnesota-North Dakota We are having a penny war at the Assisted living and memory care in January to kick it off!!. Our goal is to get to $250 this month. If you would like to donate get in contact with Amber Fuchs in activities.

Today the Glenn grabbed their passports and traveled to Belgium! We learned where it is in the map, we ate Belgium foods, and we tried Haggis! (Yuk 😂)

Sorry, but Haggis is a traditional irish meal.
It’s National Irish Coffee day so the Glenn started out with an Irish dance workout, then a coffee bar. Later we had Irish shenanigans, raced horses, ran an Irish marathon, and partied with giant balloons while listening to the Irish’s band, Green Day. Residents could win a bottle of Irish whiskey or a beer! 😂

It’s National Cheese Day and the Glenn was not about to pass up a cheesy opportunity! We had a cheese bar with cheese from around the world! German Swiss, havarti, Asiago, cheddar, Parmesan, fontina, blue cheese, etc. They were all delicious!

Today we enjoyed a homemade soup day! We had chicken noodle and sausage potato brought in by staff. A perfect warm up on this cold day!

What a nice soup party for the resident.
We had a great group, no strings attached music, come play for us! Beautiful music. And we worked on our 7th plastic mat for the homeless.
