With dedicated staffing and a Registered Nurse available on-call 24 hours a day, we ensure that your loved one’s unique needs are met around the clock.

We believe in focusing on each resident’s capabilities and personal history. Our program is administered by a professional team trained to stimulate and nurture memory preservation through specialized Community Life programming. This includes activities designed specifically for individuals with cognitive impairment, such as exercise, music, and educational opportunities.

Individuals are accepted into our memory care program following a comprehensive nursing assessment of cognitive, physical, and social functioning. This assessment is completed prior to move-in, within 14 days of move-in, and every 90 days thereafter to ensure the ideal level of care is maintained.

Memory Care
Our memory care neighborhoods have 33 apartment homes located over two wings, The Ponds and the Willows, designed to meet the needs of adults dealing with challenges of memory loss. We offer a choice of floor plans including: studio, one bedroom and two bedroom options. The customized floor plan gives consideration to accessibility and orientation.
Thoughtfully designed and reasonably priced these apartments are set amid lovely home inspired common areas with beautiful views of spacious and lush grounds.
Our staff receives ongoing training in Dementia Care to meet the changing needs and challenges presented by seniors dealing with Alzheimer’s and related dementias.
We believe that the family and/or the personal representative play a vital role in helping our staff to know the resident dealing with dementia and to identify his or her most important needs.
Families are involved at all stages of care planning, care provision and re-assessment. We offer opportunities for care conferences with families as often as necessary to share information about the resident.
We welcome frequent visits to the unit, participation in activities, and interaction with staff. Families may visit at any time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
